The Monthly Momentum is offered on a 3-month minimum commitment, after which the partnership continues monthly until either party provides written notice to finish.

The Quarterly Edit is committed to two quarterly sessions, after which it can continue on a rolling quarterly basis.

This gives us enough time to establish a visual rhythm and create meaningful consistency without locking you into a long-term contract.

Each package rate reflects my time only. Model talent and studio/location hire is not included and will be an additional cost. However, I do have a small home studio suitable for small product e-com, so this will be used to keep costs down whenever appropriate. This will all be discussed with you ahead of time – so no surprises.

Let me know about any ideas you currently have. This will allow me to have a clear idea going in to your moodboard planning and creative direction. Please ensure that you send your products and any branded collateral well before your shoot date so we can avoid any delays.

For retainer packages,  50% of the total package cost will be required up front. Then the remaining fees + any additional costs like model hire, location hire etc will be invoiced at the start of each month or quarter. Your booking is confimed once payment is received.

I do aim to keep my packages affordable and packed with value for small business owners. 

Absolutely.

As your business evolves, your content needs may change too. You can request to move between partnership levels at the end of your current minimum commitment, subject to availability.

Retainer inclusions are allocated specifically to each scheduled session and do not automatically roll over.

This allows me to reserve the agreed time for your brand and maintain a consistent production schedule across all clients.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, we’ll work together to find another suitable date within the agreed timeframe.

Your monthly partnership reserves dedicated creative and production time for your brand, so the monthly fee remains payable even if you don’t have an immediate content need.

If you know in advance that you need to pause your partnership, please get in touch and we’ll discuss the options available under your agreement.

The beauty of an ongoing partnership is that we can use each session differently depending on what your business needs.

One month might focus on new products, another on founder or team imagery, and another on lifestyle, campaign or seasonal content.

The scope of each session will be agreed during the planning process.

You’ll receive a planning process before each shoot, where we can discuss your priorities, upcoming campaigns and must-have imagery.

I’ll use this information alongside my creative direction to develop the shoot plan.

Yes.

Your retainer includes commercial usage for your own business marketing, including your website, social media, email marketing, digital platforms and paid advertising.

If imagery is being licensed to a third party, supplied to another brand or used outside your business’s own marketing, please discuss this with me first so we can organise the appropriate license.

Final images are supplied as professionally edited high-resolution and web-ready files. RAW files remain the property of Hue & Luxe Creative.

I understand that things happen.

Where possible, please provide at least 5 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule.

I’ll always do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in the session being treated as fulfilled, particularly where the date and production time have been specifically reserved for your brand.
